Overview

The Gymnasium at Prime Circle Club provides members with a dedicated space for strength training, cardio, and general fitness. The facility is equipped with modern machines, free weights, and functional training areas, maintained to high standards for safety and hygiene. Whether you are building strength, improving endurance, or staying active, the gym is designed to support a variety of fitness goals in a comfortable, member-only environment.

Access is for bonafide members and their registered guests in line with club policy. Gym timings and any capacity or booking rules are displayed at the facility. For the best experience, follow the gym rules and safety guidelines, and respect other users and staff.

Rules & Regulations

All members and guests must comply with the following gym rules at all times.

Appropriate attire

Wear proper gym attire and closed-toe athletic shoes at all times.

Footwear

Non-marking, sports-specific shoes only. No sandals or bare feet on the floor.

Use equipment properly

Use equipment as intended. Ask staff for guidance if unsure. Rack weights after use.

Cleanliness

Wipe down equipment after use. Dispose of towels and waste in designated bins.

Respect others

Share equipment, allow others to work in, and avoid monopolising machines during peak hours.

Time limits

Respect time limits on cardio and popular equipment during busy periods.

Report issues

Report faulty equipment, injuries, or safety concerns to staff immediately.

Guests

Guest access as per club policy. Sign the register and follow guest rules.

No food in workout area

Consuming food in the workout area is not allowed. Use designated areas for refreshments.

No glass containers

Only use plastic or shatterproof bottles. No glass in the gym.

Safety Guidelines

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow these guidelines at all times.

Warm up & cool down

Warm up before and cool down after your workout to reduce injury risk.

Know your limits

Do not exceed your capacity. Progress gradually and seek advice if returning from injury.

Form and technique

Prioritise correct form over weight. Ask staff for a demo if needed.

Spotting

Use a spotter for heavy free weights when necessary. Never lift alone on max attempts.
